1: 1.2767 steel introduction
1.2767 is a higher carbon version of the standard 4.25% nickel oil hardening steel. It is a good quality tool steel that achieves high impact and compressive strength and is suitable for applications demanding extra wear resistance. 1.Cold pressing mold extrusion with low pressing and burden, imprint mold, cold cutting scissor
Heat Treatment
1.Quench: 950-980`C cold oil(need re-preheat~500`C-850`C)HRC≥60
2.Eliminate stress, stabilize framework tempering, (180-200`C)≥2 hours HRC60-62
3.If it is necessary, it could be changed into 320-350`C≥2 hours backfire HRC≥60-62
4.Annealing: 780-800`C slow cooling
